Go to the profile icon in the top right corner of your screen to access your profile.
Users of mobile devices should tap "Account" after tapping the profile symbol. Users of the website should move their cursor over the icon for their profile before selecting "Account."
Simply click "Cancel Membership." While website visitors may access it on the left of their screen, mobile users must scroll down to reach it.
Choose "Finish cancellation" to finish. You can be asked to explain the cancellation. If so, tick those boxes before clicking or tapping "Done."
Even after they've completed the cancelling process, users can still access their Netflix accounts up until the conclusion of their payment cycle.
